Our daughter Finlee, who will turn 1 this coming Wednesday, has grown up in so many ways. Many of these areas of growth, I have to admit, do boggle the sensible male mind.
Her favorite game of late is to hide as many “treasures” or Pacifiers around the house as she can, and then, after a nap perhaps, reacquire those lost treasures, holding as many of them in her hands as possible.
After a recent hunt, I confronted her (camera in hand, to ensure an honest response) and asked her WHY she was so determined to end up in braces. She looked at me, gave the the cutest little giggle (captured above), and walked/crawled past me, leaving me with no answer.
Should I be afraid?
